In management, the “hedge” represents the obstacles to overcome, beyond which lies the light (i.e. success) or darkness (failure).
There is no doubt that the most ordinary and essential management tools are needed to overcome the hedge. But today, very often, they are no longer enough.
We need to throw our hearts over the hedge! ❤️‍🔥

What do I mean?
As a woman who is fortunate to work with a team of amazing and passionate people, I have learned that the head is very good at planning, organizing and managing. But what makes the difference for people who want to feel part of something bigger today is the heart, not the brain! ❤️
Listening to someone is not just about gathering information, but about perceiving emotions, reading between the lines and understanding what that person really needs.

And you know what the best part is? Emotions are not an obstacle, on the contrary! They are the fuel that ignites innovation, fuels team spirit and leads to results that make everyone cheer (including the boss!). ⚡
Trust, authenticity and solid relationships do not arise by chance, but from careful work that shows interest in people, from obsessive attention to what interests the other person (and not only us), from quality time dedicated to the relationship.
And I think that it is quality relationships, those that make us feel authentic, ourselves, that transform a group of people into a winning team. 🤝

A leadership that really works combines brain and heart, strategy and feeling. Otherwise it is like a perfect recipe: without the secret ingredient the dish has no flavor or has a "strange flavor" that never fully satisfies the palate of everyone present.
My idea? When you use your heart – even at work – you not only achieve incredible results, but you also see people grow, shine and become their best version. Trust me: that is the greatest success of all. ✨
